The best part is that I can create my own dashboard to get insights from any source without having to integrate with another system. Also it's easy to share reports/dashboards with other team members in real time. Nothing much as such but they should have had more options while creating custom dashboards. We were using several tools like Google Analytics, Segment etc. Then we realized that most of these would require integration which was not feasible at this point given tight timelines. So we decided to go ahead with an Open Source tool instead. It has been working well so far and helped us save lot of resources.
