If I could give this product a negative star I would give it 4! This product did not match the description on the label. At first the glue wasn't very thick, I applied three coats and let it become transparent after each application, finally I applied the hair and blow dried it in a cool place and then wrapped the hair for thirty minutes! After removing the bandage from the head everything seemed fine, shortly after that the hair started to rise and fall! I have tried different methods to do this. I've tried 2 coats, 3 coats and 4, this is the worst glue I've ever used. Imagine thinking your hair is safe and then going to work only to have it slipped off your head or tied all the way up and people see it. It's embarrassing! I contacted the seller and was completely ignored! This company has no customer service skills at all. I've had a fat hold many times and it's not like that! Lesson learned, but if it's not sold through Revain, it's more than likely wrong. And at least they try to do the right thing when they're wrong!
