I've been using these utensils for over a month now. The coating on them seems thick and bulky at first, but these are some of the best utensils I've ever owned. They stain a little bit when you cook things using red sauce or colored items, but grease and sauce washes off nicely overall. I accidentally left one of the spoons resting on the side of a pan while I was cooking. To my surprise the spoon naturally got hot where the metal is exposed, but I was still able to grab the rubber end just fine and there were no indents or burn marks where the spoon was resting. I also enjoy the variety and selection of the types of utensils they have. Even the tongs have a sleek and easy way to lock them closed or open them. They are definitely worth the money and I love the holder that they came with. These utensils would also make a great housewarming gift! I'm looking forward to see how these perform over the next few years.
