A block has encountered a problem.
Bought a set for myself, works great and I love them. Bought another set for a friend, one didn't work. I took it apart and found that there was no connection between the battery spring and the contacts. I soldered the wire to hold it in place and glued it back together so it works great now. However, most customers are unable to complete this level of repair, so my experience is a 25% failure rate. I hope that the manufacturer will increase quality control.
