Review on I SMILE Replacement Clasps Fitbit Tracker by Anthony Hopkins

I have ordered this particular set before and absolutely love it! This time however one of the straps arrived EXTREMELY stretched. Sad to have my last strap from them 1 week after ordering this one set broke off. So I don't have a strap to use yet. If I have to return all 3 to pray I actually get a good replacement set. All I want is to get a replacement for the broken one. Return everything and wait again when 2 out of 3 are perfect and i need them If you ask me their quality control failed on their part they have to send me another free replacement and I didn't even have to send back the stretched useless ribbon they gave me in the first place If I had sent them the first time I ordered I would have given them 5 stars all round, now I'm so frustrated I'll definitely have a look throw up must b how they deal with this situation to give them more than 2-3 stars. an update on how they deal with it. I'm so tired of getting bullshit in the mail! Come on, smile, be proud and correct your mistake! Please! If you do I will definitely be a repeat customer and will definitely give you all the 5 stars you deserve for your quality products! (Not defective!) It shouldn't be my inconvenience, it should be yours! I know I'm in this business! Thank you and feel free to contact me! Has this happened to anyone else?
