Let me work around the conflict between my desktop software and my camera's memory cards

Completely satisfied with this product! I was having trouble uploading an image from my digital camera to my desktop - I knew the images I had taken were missing, it took a few tries to get most of them, etc., so I replaced the memory cards and when that didn't work I started looking for other answers. It turns out Windows 10 has made a name for itself with this problem, and one suggestion has been to use a memory card reader to bypass it. Works beautifully and now I have recovered all my photos
