I am a woman who only uses a safety razor. That means I shave about halfway with these blades. I used to give myself nicknames a few times a month, sometimes I was a bit clumsy, but mostly I managed to avoid nicknames. Since switching to these blades, I've cut myself EVERY shower, without exception, and mostly more than once. Whether the blade is new or a few weeks old, it scratches constantly. If they don't scratch me they don't shave well either, they leave more hair than a month old razor should, even when brand new. I used about 3 blades and everything is the same. I figured I could deal with lower quality for the price. Even changing these blades every two weeks instead of monthly like my old one would save me money! However, they are of such low quality that I cannot even use them comfortably. I'll throw it away and buy good quality blades. I've used Van Der Hagen ice-hardened stainless steel blades in the past and now I'm going back to them. I recommend Van Der Hagen to anyone looking for a good foundation.
