Expensively made, great price
Egg test, seared fish, and pancake approved!I seared fish in this pan and there was actually no skin left. My second test of this nonstick skillet was pancakes. The heat was evenly distributed and I ended up with golden pancakes that were evenly cooked and flipped easily.I used a metal spoon to ensure that it didn't scratch. I was able to wipe it clean with a dry towel. The handle and design is an added bonus. I will update this to tell if it withstands the test of time.
