Broke in less than 60 days. Took impeccable care of him; cleaned once a week. The guarantee process is an asset pain; tried to get us to fix it ourselves (I'm definitely not one of the "clever people") then tried to replace it with a cheaper model until finally I said I'll post everything on Amazon and my model on magically available replacement. . Absolutely ridiculous. Is it really that hard to do the right thing?
