It is made of 1/4" solid steel and encloses the underside of the power steering pump as shown in my drawing. even stainless steel screws. Take ONE screw, 4 inches long, 3/8 threads, 16 threads per inch (tpi). And take TWO bolts 3 1/2" long, 3/8 thread, 16 tpi. Then take about 10 washers. Yes, they come with bolts, washers, and nuts. No, I don't trust them on my resto's engine block I trust the mount. Looks and feels good for a PS mount. You may need additional shims to set the exact spacing. The interval is not the manufacturer's fault.
