Great functionality but needs better UI
I like that you can create rules to automate multiple tasks for day-to-day business processes, without having to write scripts or use custom applications.
It's not intuitive at all - there are many things you have to learn before it actually works as intended. You'll need some time to understand how this tool is supposed to work. If you're looking for something quick and easy, then don't waste your money! We wanted to reduce our manual workload by automating repetitive tasks in order to focus more on strategic initiatives.
Pros
- Easy access (for us) through mobile devices such smartphones when travelling around with colleagues; ability / ease/ convenience..in terms accessing data from various sources within SAP ERP system ; flexibility regarding what kind off logic we want.etc etc.and so much else ! In short its very good product..I recommend trying out
