Review on CXWXC Bike Hanger: Ultimate Garage Storage Solution for 🚲 Bicycles - Horizontal Wall Mount Hook for Indoor Bike Accessories Rack by Warrick Dembo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great wall mount if your bike has a flat top tube and main triangle space

Overview: **CXWXC Bike Wall Mount - MTB Road Bike Indoor Storage Angle Adjustable - Horizontal Wall Bike Rack Hook for Garage or Home **Benefit: -Very sturdy construction and unique design - it will have no problem holding any type of bike, including an e-bike (if you want to lift it onto a luggage rack) -The ability to change the height of each arm is useful around to hold the bike in a horizontal position - The plastic fingers on each lever do a good job of preventing the bike from falling off the levers - The ability to move the mount closer or further from the wall is useful for accommodating handlebars of different widths With four screws (supplied), it can be easily mounted on the wall. Mountain bike frame design with no modifications or additional equipment. My photos show that there is not enough room in the inner triangle of my Yeti MTB bike for these brackets to fit. The mounts on the arms aren't wide enough to hold the bike's down tube (I thought of having one of the arms in the middle triangle and the other between the frame and the front wheel, but the frame is too wide). Need an extra bar between the handlebars and the seat to hook this rack - to buy extra. - If you try to raise one hand and one hand down, the bike slips (I tried that with my road bike and it didn't work) Conclusion: I was really hoping to use this wall rack for one of our MTB bikes, but none of five in my bike shed will not work with this rack. Instead I will use this with one of my road bikes and switch the rack that was previously used on this road bike to MTB. I love the overall design and flexibility of this rack. I just wish the two L-shaped "fingers" at the end of each arm were smaller so they could fit through the center triangle of one of my MTB bikes. I can try cutting off those fingers (they're plastic, as opposed to the black metal frame on this mount) and see if that works. If so, this will probably work pretty well, although you really don't need to trim your new rack to make it work. I'm giving 4 stars despite the issues I've had as it's a great mount. for specific bike styles.
