good device. Let's see if it really works!

There is a distinct odor that ionizers give off. A hint that it works. As for outdoor effectiveness, I don't know, but I rely solely on the principle/theory behind it. When I wear it around my neck while sitting, I feel a slight electrical impulse on my chest. A bit annoying but not noticeable when I get up and walk around.
