This is a great product when it works. I bought three of these, but here's the problem. The device has a smart charger that is not smart. After several uses, the charger thinks the battery is charged when it isn't. Because it detects the battery is charged, no current flows, leaving you with a dead battery and a charger that won't charge it. The first time this happened I tried to contact the seller. Both email addresses provided by the seller are invalid. I contacted Revain who installed a brand new device for me but all I needed was a working charger. Two out of four had the same problem with the charger. It seems like the seller would be better off responding to their customers and dealing with faulty chargers, but they choose to ignore their customers and obviously the charger issue. 5 stars for the Sea Scooter, 1 star for the charger and zero stars for customer service.
