Review on Torchstar Dimmable Retrofit Lighting for Industrial Electrical Systems by Brenda King

Installed six of these at my daughter's house last week. I am a Cree LED fan and have installed many commercial LED lighting systems. I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Their construction is very durable. The housing is very solid and the driver unit (aka transformer (voltage conversion)/rectifier (AC to DC conversion) securely mounts to a fast LED connector for newer recessed LED jars. Other reviews have complained about the lack of a notch in the flange which is true but the gap is almost invisible but the manufacturer could do better with this notch to allow for the rim of the pot body. Also nothing in house other stores can't match the price . Quick install works like a dream - what more could you want for the price?
