Very handy for us freaky artichokes
If you like cooking fresh artichokes, that's ten bucks well spent. Watch the manufacturer's video and you will see how it works and this is how it worked in my kitchen. I was surprised by the large diameter of the round, serrated cutting blade and the scraper feels comfortable. And it looks cool.
