Pros: More horsepower I think. Definitely better gas mileage. home installation. Cons: Some parts of the installation were quite difficult to do by myself. than the claimed 1 hour to install this on my 2008 Liberty, but I'm by no means a car guy. However, it was within my limited capacity. In terms of results, I can see a difference in my performance acceleration, but it's hard to say by how much. Gas mileage is a different story. I logged gas mileage months ago and at least 4 tanks since and there is a clear 2mpg average difference. I got about 14 on average, and now I'm getting 16 on average. At these gas prices, that means the intake kit pays for itself in less than 8,000 miles in gas savings alone. Add to that the money savings of a reusable filter and it becomes a huge money saver and gives you an extra performance boost.
