RAPID TAC II Fluid
First, the product works. First I used RapidTac Prep, then RapidTac II. Yes, it allows you to place graphics and then install them. However, this does not allow you to move them, you have to lift and reposition them. This is only a problem with very large graphics. I used this on a spreadsheet of big race cars and I "handled" it. In the future I will most likely use Slide-On from Phoenix or Classic.
