I have extra wheels and tires for winter driving so I change wheels a few times a year. I'm a do-it-yourselfer so I don't want to drive half an hour or more to my Subaru dealership and sit for a few hours while they reprogram my TPMS sensors and clear the trouble codes. . I figured this tool would pay for itself $80 or more every time, and I'd have a new tool. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality and functionality of the TS501. And the TS501 that I received arrived fully charged and as up to date as I needed it to be. I noticed that there was a ROM update, but the only change for me would be the addition of Korean, so it doesn't matter. The vehicle options programmed into the TS501 are vast and this model year is current for my car model. Activating, scanning, programming new codes into my car's computer and clearing the codes (warning light) was easy. Very easy. I've compared other options and previously bought and returned a different brand TPMS tool that didn't work at all on my car. Autel MaxiTPMS TS501 worked great and fast.
