Just screw in the big screw all the way in and screw in the smaller ones and screw in the big one and it popped right off. Also, I turned the wheel all the way to the left to loosen the big nut and all the way to the right when tightening it. I used the punch to get out. EPS no damage. But he was dunked in the red thread of the locker. Replaced the nut with a blue one and torqued to specification.
