Vanos comes with a right-hand thread screw.

This set of Vanos Rattles is a must have for anyone thinking of replacing theirs. However, I would recommend keeping the left-hand thread screw. A right-hand thread screw was included.

Pros

Bushing Installation Each bushing/bearing is fitted to an actual BMW vanos piston upon receipt from the supplier to ensure a guaranteed fit.
