I warned my wife about these toilets because of the no touch feature. First of all, the gray touch sticker on the toilet lid has to be touched almost every time. So not completely contactless. Second, my wife bought 2 of these toilets and they both have the same flushing problem. To make matters worse, I believe Kohler discontinued these junk parts and they don't have a replaceable flushing mechanism. So if you can find Carrie's plumbing, it's worth $70. Finally, if you have young children and the novelty of a touchless bathroom (toilet and sink) motivates you and your friends to be hygienic, think twice. I'd rather be cleaning the bathroom all the time because I have to admit that I have to do it anyway. I'm pretty fed up with Kohler. Now I'm looking elsewhere because even the providers charge everything because of the name at unacceptable prices. I bought the American Standard while renovating my mother-in-law's house. I compared everything from the size, the acrylic caliber of the bucket, to the noise reduction when filling. Toilets, in my opinion, are toilets based on preference. Also, I paid 1/3 of the price.
