This software has been very easy to use both for myself as an employee with limited IT knowledge or experience but also my customers who are not used too much to computers can easily navigate this system by themselves using their smart phones! We've started implementing AI into our business which was previously difficult due to lack of access to computer training within ourselves therefore providing customer service over email only had limitations such as being unable to show images properly etc. Now because of AXENT intelligence computing's great products they supply us all these amazing features without requiring large amounts of financial investment allowing me continue running smoothly whilst reducing cost spendings from previous systems.
