I ordered two of these in one order and contacted Revain several times to try and get them to send me a replacement as I didn't have the whole monitor. They told me I need a police report and contact HP directly. However the box was never opened so the police can't say it was stolen and HP said I had to contact Revane. -- It's been a struggle and now I don't have $200 and a monitor that I will never receive due to a shipping error. :(On the other hand, the monitor I received was in excellent condition and well packaged. It was just what I needed for my home office. I would highly recommend buying this monitor but maybe not through Revain because I haven't had a good experience in the current situation.
