Review on LockNLube Recessed Fitting Adapter by Robert Castro
Grease gets into the valve at a bottleneck.
The adapter must sit almost directly on the fitting or a leak will occur. I'll find an o-ring that fits the adapter and see if it helps seal the connection. But it looks like this is the only option if you can't get the end of a regular grease gun to the lubricator.
