Broke before first use
I bought three of these for my kids for school as I thought they looked comfortable and practical. Before my daughter even used them once, she broke down the first time she wore them. My son collapsed after one day of class. You have not abused them or shown negligence. I bought them in mid-July for a school that started August 21st. They were first needed at school on September 5th. Much to my dismay, the tiny return window closes after 30 days. upset.
