These are my first wood burning tools so not sure what to expect. All of the nibs I use flex as you use them. They unscrew with use. The temperature gets hotter and cooler as I use the tool. Not sure if it's ok. i love this shop Number of tips and additional tools. The only thing you need to add is a pair of pliers to tighten it. They stress not to overtighten, so I'm careful. The two temperatures are a nice feature that many other brands don't have. In general I like it. I think I need to learn how to use it. Update after months of use, same comments. Very few usable springs and bends even with short use. Absolutely bent at high temperature and long-term use, and the large angle is one that is two. Bent and scattered with brief use. At the moment I have very little to do and am in the middle of a project. If you're serious, consult experienced professionals and see what they use. Most use a double and some kind of tube with a curved shape. They work A LOT and have never heard of their feathers bending.
