The ease of use! I love how easy it was to get started with this software/service. It took about 20 minutes from start-to-finish. Not much time at all. There were no downsides other than maybe some slight learning curve (but not too big). This isn't something everyone should be using as their primary way to transcribe medical records. We had been stuck trying different companies but finally found one who met our requirements exactly -- quick turn around times, ability to customize transcripts per client request, great customer service when needed.
