Great Products / Excellent Customer Service
Axis is not only an excellent vendor but also has great customer service support which can help make it easy to integrate their product into our system without much of hassle or errors in coding etc. If needed they are quick at replying back with answers as well making sure everything goes smoothly from start till finish! Nothing so far - very professional team who delivers what we need when asked about integration requirements. They have helped us get up & running quickly after purchasing new software last year (which was difficult).
Pros
- Integration between 2 different platforms using APIs for data transfer, user account creation/creation, authentication / authorization , notification tracking among others were seamless!! The best part i found out through this experience that my technical teams didn’t really understand all these concepts before working together wth them..now I know why :) And now am glad its sorted :D !!!! Also good communication during project management time.very helpful too
