I like that it is easy to use with great customer support when problems occur in our system. It's not perfect - sometimes things don't work quite as expected or we're missing information from certain fields which slows down processing of some records within specific programs (i.e., Salesforce). That said if you are willing to put forth effort then go ahead! You will be happy once integration occurs between these systems. We realized there was no centralized view across various parts.
