I like that it is easy to use with great customer support when problems occur in our system. It's not perfect - sometimes things don't work quite as expected or we're missing information from certain fields which slows down processing of some records within specific programs (i.e., Salesforce). That said if you are willing to put forth effort then go ahead! You will be happy once integration occurs between these systems. We realized there was no centralized view across various parts. This has allowed us greater visibility into what needs attention first and best ensures success throughout departments/teams who used other software without this type of cross functional functionality before axis. Also allowing everyone access so they can create tasks / follow up themselves instead having someone else do all their thinking about where issues arise / how something could improve processes etc. Overall benefits include more efficient collaboration & increased engagement.
