I first saw the reviews that the hand drill didn't work so I was concerned as I had already placed my order. I got it yesterday and hooked everything up (didn't read the instructions) and the hand drill didn't work. After reading the instructions it says "NOTE: Line up the arrow with the socket like the arrow on a drill bit" (to paraphrase) but after I did that everything worked smoothly. The instructions will tell you what to do and what not to make your drill last! Hope this helps with the hand drill issue. Update: 12/25/19 - so it's Christmas and I've been using it for 3 months now, using it about 1-3 times a week and so far so good! I think it's a whining noise now, but it still works like it did when I first bought it! I clean it and try to maintain it and keep it in the box when not in use! But he still stops lol. Update: 02/20/20 Customer service stinks! I tried to order a replacement drill cable because my other one was damaged and they still allow me to run, it's been like this for 3 months now. It looks like the cable on my hand drill is about to snap. If the cord is bent a certain way with a hand drill, it will stop working. I think a new drill will be needed soon :/ :(Update: 6/30/2020 Customer service blocked my messages (guess because I sent them a lot of emails about my warranty) They replied but kept going. I even paid via PayPal for shipping my cable (only $8 I think) I DO NOT recommend this company due to the customer service But as for the drill bit, it still holds up There is still a flaw but my husband has cut the cable and connected some wires which helped a lot.I have nail clients and it's still holding.I've ordered another drill coming tomorrow.Youtube: Kia's Love.I used it in one of my nail videos.The drill is under control SAVE YOUR MONEY
