Great Product For Business Process Management

I like the layout and organization of the software it is very user friendly and has many additional features that help run and grow any business. It has not been easy to use for us since our industry requires us to have our customers on a number of programs that are not compatible. I believe Travrek should take time to improve their integration with other industry programs and software in order to make it easier for us to integrate. It also seems at times it slows down when using certain features or menus. A much needed upgrade from our current software, more organized, less complicated, easy for our call center to use and process. we now have all of our customer data, emails and calls in one system. I like the simplicity of the system, it's easy to use and navigate. It was very easy to set up, and we are able to do most of our business with it. We have been able to streamline our business with a lot of our customer service functions. I wish it would be easier to add more contacts to the system. I wish there was a way to have the same contact in multiple accounts. I have been able to streamline a lot of our customer service functions with this system.
