Review on πŸ”‡ Noico Metal Barrel Roller Tool: Effortless Installation for Automotive Sound Deadening Insulation in Cars & Truck (Audio Dampening & Deadener) by Billy Braggs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My car hums, doesn't rattle.

I've used Dynamat, Roadkill and Pyle soundproofing materials and this is my favorite for price/performance. It sticks very well but is easy to cut and shape. I've used this throughout my car to muffle the car and reduce mid-bass and subwoofer rasp. I put this in my doors and all over the trunk. I removed the floor mats, carpet, and seats to make sure I had the car covered all over. There are two things that make a big difference: roll and warmth. In order for the mat to stick, you need to press and suck with your fingers or hand. You don't want to do it for too long - not only is it uncomfortable, it's hard to get right and you risk cutting yourself on the foil. The roller makes this a lot easier and harder so you can put more effort into making sure the mat sticks. Warmth is the basis of success here. The mat becomes more flexible when it's warm and that makes a big difference. I used the heat gun when there was no sun but would suggest putting it in full sun if possible. The heat gun is ok but takes longer and doesn't work. I would buy again just like you. You save money and you won't be disappointed.
