I like that we could get free software updates which was good since it meant there were no issues with our system once they updated their product. The main thing to me though would be if you don't have knowledge about how an ssl works then this can confuse quite easily but overall its not too bad for people who are unaware because i think anyone should understand enough before getting into something so big (i feel). If your using any online stores/websites just make sure u know what exactly ur doing! This helps loads when dealing with things such security related problems. We use one domain now called clickssl-1e9b55d3ef6aa93f7ac2ddcc5a8be4ae I like that they offer many different types to choose from depending what your needs are for an ssl cert (wild card included). They do charge more than some other providers however their customer service was great! If you're looking into this product make sure it fits all aspects well before purchasing because there's no free trial period unlike most companies out here so be prepared if something doesn't work or isn't up-to par with standards/requirements etcetera..
