Review on Adjustable Shower Head Extension Arm by Cardell Haynes

Please avoid this product and buy another extension cord. You will thank me. The lock nuts are terrible. The almost positive mine was used and not new because it came without clothes. It is quite difficult to take something apart when it has never been used and is brand new. You have to make an effort to turn the nuts, even when they're already as tight as possible, just to keep them in place. The rod can NOT support the shower head. The head is so heavy (sarcasm) that the bar sags and falls, and here it is in the locked position. Only when the bar is tilted towards the ceiling will it support the weight and not collapse. The shower head is 6 inches tall, weighs a few grams and is made entirely of plastic. I don't know if that was why my product was used or what, but it's rubbish. Just crossing my fingers and hoping the customer doesn't contact me to request a refund. They weren't thrilled that he didn't stay that way from the start. Awkward.
