I have two Havanese - one is 9 pounds and the other is 16 pounds. After measuring my dog's neck, I ordered a size small for my 9 lb dog from another site. It was huge and the buckle was so big my little dog couldn't put it on it would have weighed him down! So I ordered a very small size for it from Revain knowing they do a great job of customer service if it doesn't fit. Although still the size of a very small fit my dog, this collar was so tiny that it did not fully wrap around her neck even with the fabric pulled all the way up. It went back. The collars are cute and appear to be well made, but until the sizing gets better I wouldn't buy from this company again.
