Easy install and believe it will relieve my wrist pain.
Super easy to install on my Nishiki. Loosened up handle bars and then removed the original, short bolt that goes into stem to pull handle bars off. Put the new extender on and attached with the new longer stem bolt. Only used two of the four adjustment rings. Tightened all the bolts back up and tried it out for a short ride. I can already tell it will be better on my wrists and posture.
