Perhaps they were filled in and disclosed. The chaos has arrived.
Opening these bottles was almost impossible and very messy. The bottles were overfilled, allowing the paint to seep under the seal, making it difficult to remove the caps from the top of the can. When I struggled to remove the seals the paint ran onto my hands etc.
