The napkin was ok but the crappy tie cord is a joke, it does NOT hold the napkin in place at all! I have another pillow without a drawstring that stays in place better, it has a sticky bottom material that stays in place. This pillow doesn't have that, the underside is smooth and it slides over my recumbent seat! I'll have to alter it (zipper on the back to stay in place) to keep it in place or return it!
