The best thing is that it saves me so much work because I can just log in to my account from anywhere at anytime without having all these emails saved up for future reference; also when you are talking about business its hard not knowing what they really want until after we have talked which causes communication problems between us as well but this helps solve those issues by saving our conversations before hand! It's easy enought o use even if one doesn't know how computers operate since most people do now days especially younger generation who grewup playing video games etc..
