Surprise! Average size 10/12.
This surprised me - I thought the average size was an 8. However, the photo doesn't quite represent the costume - the colors are bright. Love the fabric and the suit is very well made. I wanted to buy a matching shirt and I still can, but my grandson will not be wearing this suit this summer - too big.
