Knee Length Boy's Boardshort Swim Trunk by Speedo Review

These board-shaped long bottoms are colorful, lightweight, and dry quickly. They have a drawstring waist and appear to be true to size at the waist but are quite long and covered my son's knees. They got a "cool" rating from my fourth year student who really wants his clothes to be nothing, not even a little childish. clothes, especially as the eldest with two significantly younger siblings.

These 10-year-olds were chosen because they liked the color scheme and the more fitted cut. It was on the borderline between board shorts and competition shorts, but it's a good middle ground. Lots of agility, too much resistance, and they stay put. Time will tell us more about fading (or not).

I am very happy with these Speedo Boys Splash Briefs. Made from quick-drying, brushed 100% polyester microfiber, they're soft to the touch and easy to hang for quick drying. They have a nice, wide waistband that is adjustable. There is a back pocket, although our 7 year old doesn't use the trunk pocket, older children can.

These swim trunks have a velcro closure and a top with double grommets and a drawstring closure to keep them secure during hard play. The material resists stains very well. The back pocket is too small to use and doesn't have a good grip at the top. However, they are very comfortable and do not chafe even during all-day gaming.

We were looking forward to them because they are so cute. We have another pair of Speedo shorts in the same size - medium which says 10/12 on the tag and they fit great but run very small. Velcro and they fit so snugly on my son that the velcro keeps coming loose and not closing completely at the top. small for us.

Very cool looking bottoms due to the long length and colorful pattern of the fabric. Thanks to the Velcro, they can be easily removed - often difficult with a wetsuit. The tie in the front allows you to squat a bit if the fit is still loose, but that's mostly for beauty. Busy kids may prefer to just undo the laces and ignore the tiny tabs. This surprised me - I thought the average size was an 8. However, the photo doesn't quite represent the costume - the colors are bright. Love the fabric and the suit is very well made. I wanted to buy a matching shirt and I still can, but my grandson will not be wearing this suit this summer - too big.

My son loves these shorts so much he wears them all the time. These are bathing suits and in the summer he tries to swim whenever possible as we live in the hot part of the south. But it was those shorts that quickly became his go-to pair of clothes, period. He thinks the pattern is so cool, the length is great, it's really comfortable. I will have to buy another color too, just know it fits! And at the time of this review, a reasonable price for its size.

Good swimming trunks, but too big. My son loves the colors and pattern so we decided not to return them but they are sitting in a drawer waiting for him to grow up for over 6 months.

It fits my slim boy well - comfy, lovely light colour, no complaints from a boy who tends to be sensitive to things like tags and texture!

These shorts are a nice length but a bit big for a 6 year old - maybe they will fit him when he is 8. The colors are beautiful, the material is high quality. I have already washed them and the color is well preserved but unfortunately they will not be used this summer as they are too big - maybe try next summer!

These shorts are attractive and comfortable. We received a medium size which judging by the label is (I'd say accurate) for boys aged 10-12. Inside is a lining. The material is thin, light and durable. We tested how long they took to dry after leaving the pool and they performed just as well as other swimwear we've had. The back right pocket visible in the image is the only available pocket.

My son is almost 7 years old and wears size 6-7 from other brands. I have medium in them and they are huge. They work even harder than Gymboree. It will be years before he can wear them, but he loves orange sharks so he doesn't want me to send them back. I'll try to remind myself to come back and update when he can finally wear them lol. Small and XS are of course already sold out. I wish I knew how big they are beforehand. Damn.

These are very well made swimming trunks. They fit well, the fabric is good quality. They're comfortable and the print is fun, bright and energetic. They dry very quickly. They have a back pocket with drainage holes. I like the length and the sizing was accurate. Very good shorts.

Speedo knows swimwear and this is a very good pair of surf shorts that combine some of the features of surf shorts and swim trunks. The material is 100% polyester and feels super soft thanks to the brushed microfiber construction.
