Difficult to use and no instructions

I enjoyed trying this brush to reduce the heat in my hair. However, this brush is very difficult to use and did not come with very good instructions. I've tried some stuff on youtube and haven't found anything really helpful that I can use on myself. So I just use a regular round brush.
