Within minutes of opening the box, I was able to easily use this product. I had several packages of frozen vegetables and some meat sealed within about 15 minutes. It saves space in my small freezer and will be amazing when I Sous Vide my meals! The only negative thing was the user manual was not super great. It would have been nicer to have a quick start card. I found a video on You Tube and got started right away!
