KitchenBoss Vacuum Sealer Machine: Automatic Food Storage And Preservation System For Dry And Moist Foods Review

I love the idea of vacuum-storing food, but I didn't want to deal with a learning curve for a new kitchen gadget. I find this product to be very simple to use (only 3 buttons). I only needed to spend a few minutes with the manual and it works great on all types of food.

If there are air pockets in the corners of the bag, the machine is not strong enough to suck the air out of the corners unless there is a clear and unobstructed path to the air. Not a big deal, just requires an extra step of moving the food items around in the bag before sealing.I also noticed that sometimes a little bit of air gets back in the bag after sucking but before sealing.While the suction power isn't that strong, it works well enough, especially considering the price.

What I love about this vacuum sealer is small but doing great job. Especially can sealed to really close to the edge, means saving plastic. I own other type that didn't allow me to adjust where it sealed of over 1" of plastic waste.I read some reviews said sometimes it won't vacuum the air out. It happened to me but I figured it out. Its not machine flaws but turn my out first seal was not perfect because I rinse the bag and when the bag wet it won't seal perfectly.

Great purchase so far. Only used it twice so are and it is a wonderful powerful machine. Very happy with the purchase I made so far. I got the red one and it is a beautiful color red. Don't think you will be disappointed.

I bought this to replace a Foodsaver that just couldn't seal a moist item. The Foodsaver vacuum sealer would pull moisture up through the bag (it's a vacuum after all) and then it's heater element wouldn't form a complete seal. This less expensive item does form a complete seal, even as you watch the moisture being drawn up through the top of the bag. It also has an "inching" feature which is nice for packing bread, rolls, etc. You can remove air until the bread would start to crush, then touch

I live alone and got tired of wasting food. I started researching vacuum sealer systems and decided to get this one because it sounded small and simple. The sealer doesn’t take up much space, it looks great and it’s ridiculously easy to use. I am really glad that I got it and can see the value of being able to reseal bags of chips and other snacks. I can’t believe how much space is saved in the freezer when veggies are vacuum sealed before freezing.

The foam piece inside it broke after using it twice. Now it will not suction! So frustrated! I was so excited about getting this and I can’t even use it now! Do not buy!

Very surprised when I took it out of the box. For the price I was expecting less of a unit than what I saw. Very sharp looking and well built. Also came with its own cloth cover and extra sealing gasket in addition to sample vac bags. Very easy to use, I put it work when it was delivered. Just made 25lbs. of different sausages and it was perfect for what I needed.

Learned the difficult way that the moisture in the food to be sealed should first be semi-removed by dabbing on a paper towel before entering into the machine. My first use where I did not do this resulted in some liquid entering the well in the machine. Had to carefully remove the fluids and clean the surface.

The directions are terrible. Watch a video online (there are several). Once you do that it will be very easy. It is a good little machine and compact, not at all bulky. I am very pleased with the purchase.

The jury's still out. We replaced a broken Foodsaver with a new Foodsaver, but, it was too complicated to use, so we returned it for this. This doesn't have the suction power we are used to. We are going to keep trying since there is a longer return window for this item. I want to like it, because it is more like the original Foodsaver we had, and easy to use. I wish it had a roll dispenser and cutter.

I really like this machine but it doesn't seem as if the suction last long enough to get the air out. It works Thanks for attention.

Within minutes of opening the box, I was able to easily use this product. I had several packages of frozen vegetables and some meat sealed within about 15 minutes. It saves space in my small freezer and will be amazing when I Sous Vide my meals! The only negative thing was the user manual was not super great. It would have been nicer to have a quick start card. I found a video on You Tube and got started right away!

You have to make sure it clicks when closes. It was easy to use. Still learning how to use best. It doesn’t have a cancel feature like my old one but will open with the button

I only bought mine about 8 months ago and you told me that I would have to send it back to the Company its in China 100.00$ to shop it back i will no longer buy anything like this from all your things come from China not worth it.

I initially liked this machine simply because it worked properly. Now, a little more than two months in, it's starting to malfunction. Hitting "vac seal" will evacuate the bag but then I have to hit "seal only" to actually seal the bag. It did that automatically in the beginning but now? And the seal around the vacuum chamber is starting to pull out of the channel when I open the door for no apparent reason. The channel and the underside of the lid are clean (my first thought) so I can't…

This was easy to use right out of the box can use any bags with it don’t have to be a certain brand. Fantastic a great purchase for the price!

I love this so much! Kitchen Boss didn't disappoint at all. We literally use this daily. One of the nicest things I have to say for me personally I like to use it to prep my b-b-q meats. I get home from the meat market with all my fresh cuts, season them and then use the "inching" vac suction and seal it. This allows me to get just enough air out without squeezing the juices out of the meat. I then let the meat sit overnight and all the seasoning really soaks in. Everyone is asking me what I'm…

We had several issues getting it to seal the bags. We changed the gasket (it came with a spare) which worked for awhile. Now it won't cycle properly and you have to manually seal it otherwise it will never shut off. I tried to find another gasket but there does not seem to be a way to order one. Do not waste your money on this product.
