The Letour bike light works exactly as I expected. However, I will comment on the attachment to the steering wheel. Assembling the base takes almost 4 hands! I dropped the nuts 4 times trying to put screws on them. And the nut under the clamp is almost impossible to insert into the groove, and then screw the bolt on it. After several attempts, I secured it in the groove with a piece of tape, which allowed me to tighten the screw. And finally, when everything is tightened, the nut rotates in its groove. If I had to do it all over again I would super glue the nut into the groove.
