This antenna replaces the one I had which was attached to the window with a noticeable wire between it and this particular TV. I had problems with images freezing and falling out completely. Especially with a local station. Not only does this new antenna work great, it looks good too. It sits right under the TV, hiding cables and the like. After several days of surfing, the station didn't experience a single freeze or frame drop, which used to be the worst. I am impressed.
