We bought this wall mount for our old guest room LCD TV as it was on the floor and didn't make a difference in the guest room. This wall mount is made from high quality, thick and durable steel and installs in less than 15 minutes. Luckily there was a bolt right in the middle of where we wanted to mount it, so installation was a breeze. Rather than using a stud finder it is always recommended to use a 60 pound pole magnet to locate and mark the studs and then pre-drill. Use this with a smaller drill bit and anchor bolts. It comes with a template to make it easier to apply to the wall. This is a quality TV wall mount system at a great price 😀
