Durable enough for a floor length fur lined raincoat I made for a big event. I wore it all night, walked and danced a lot. It didn't disappoint. As long as you sew it tight enough and align it correctly, you won't have any problems with the clasp falling off or coming loose during use. Due to the fluffy material, the raincoat definitely has weight. I am attaching a photo of the cape so you can assess its durability. I only used one closure and am 5ft 7" tall (so the cape is even longer including the hood which was very exaggerated and large compared to normal hoods).
